Before using labels on any new printer:
- Read the instruction manual for your particular printer.
- Most manuals are available online to download if required.
- Look for warnings AGAINST using label stocks through the printer.
- Some printers will require print settings to be changed to align with the label stock.
Printers are either:
- Laser Printers – toner cartridges used. Laser printers can be used for most labels materials. Exceptions are non temperature stabilised synthetics, and Tyre Stock labels.
- Inkjet printers – ink cartridges used. Inkjet printers are much more limited for labels printing. Can be used for White Matt Laser / inkjet Paper Labels. Some of our customers have used them for Dissolvable labels successfully.
